He generally dabbled in style and completely ignored the truth dressing it up to ensure that he appeared exactly as he thought cool appeared because ultimately what he really wanted to be was cool. Since he was pretending, he thought he would also pretend to have all the answers and know everything because he thought having all the answers and knowing everything was cool.
